No Plastic Babies Please

Have you noticed that the toy department of most stores has become a plastic paradise? Okay, I admit some toys rock the plasticized look, like Legos for instance, but sometimes I miss the simple things like dolls that don't wear makeup, sing, dance or wear clothes that look like they came from Wet Seal or Forever 21. Some toys are just better when more is less and there's a little room for imaginations to be invited to playtime.

Allow me to introduce Rosy Cheeks Baby, a doll made of super soft velour fabric, so she's especially nice for little girls and boys who need a cuddly snuggle friend when bedtime rolls around. At about 15 inches, she's just the right size to be a first companion for toddlers who are just learning the joys of role playing games. Her embroidered facial features, outie belly button and lifelike bottom are simple and sweet.
